The Refinish Distributors Alliance, a national membership organization of independent PBE Distributors, announces that their annual spring IMPACT Performance Conference will take place in Frisco, Texas, at the OMNI Frisco Monday through Wednesday, April 1-3, 2019. Approximately 100 people from across the country are expected to attend. The audience will include members, guests and manufacturers within the collision refinish industry.
The meeting venue is adjacent to the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters in The Star, a 91 acre premier sports and entertainment district. Attendees of the RDA event will be treated to a private tour of the Cowboys facility. RDA meetings will have a sports and football theme to reflect the surroundings.
The meeting will begin at 3:00 pm Monday, April 1st following a variety of internal RDA meetings occurring in the morning. The afternoon session will include presenter, Chip Eichelberger from “Get Switched On”, who will continue his program the following day. RDA will host an evening reception before everyone heads out for dinner.
The main event of the 2nd day will be ‘The Huddle’, a speed-dating encounter where RDA Members rotate around the tables and displays of RDA Manufacturer Partners in 15 minute increments to learn about products and special offerings in a fun and exciting atmosphere. Participants will have multiple chances to win valuable prizes during drawings that occur throughout the day. Eichelberger’s final presentation will take place before lunch, and the Huddle will continue in the afternoon followed by the private Cowboys tour. The day concludes with a dinner reception and entertainment by hypnotist, Erick Kand.
The final meeting day, Wednesday, April 3rd, is exclusively for RDA Members, and will include a special workshop, “Why You?”, with Steve Zelechoski of Corporate Visions. This session will complement a previous workshop that Steve did at the 2018 fall IMPACT Performance Conference in Louisville, KY. The meeting will conclude mid-afternoon.
